2011 Saga International Balloon Fiesta

Due to an unpredictable earthquake we had never experienced, most of the people consider it important to send an encouraging message to the disaster area, in addition to several support, which gets them encouraged.

In this circumstance, we are going to hold Saga International Balloon Fiesta this year. As a hearty event for reconstruction Japan, it is the most important and essential for us to vividly do it with a message "Hope" for this event.

When balloons go up into the sky, tens of thousands of people look them up. Balloons flying to sky are just a symbol of "Hope". By looking up the balloons, many people will be able to have hope and we make this year's theme "Do Look Up" with our strong wish.
